Discover a powerful method to uncover hidden dynamics in family, work, and personal relationships. Whether in groups or one-on-one sessions, my work provides a safe space to gain new perspectives and restore inner balance.

About

I am Claire – a facilitator, systemic coach, and mediator with a special focus on family, relationship, and career-related issues.

My approach is always human, empathetic, and benevolent. I believe that everyone has the ability to consciously improve their systems – whether it's family, career, or personal development – and to create new pathways. Together, we create a safe space where you can explore your topics and develop new perspectives.

In my work, I combine systemic coaching, mediation, and systemic constellations flexibly: A constellation can be part of a coaching session – but it doesn’t have to be. Alternatively, you can directly book a systemic constellation and then, if needed, delve deeper into an accompanying coaching process.

My practice is located in Berlin, but sessions are also available online – regardless of where you are. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to more clarity, inner freedom, and joy in life.

Individual Constellation (Online & in Berlin)
Through a focused one-on-one constellation, we explore personal issues in depth, helping you uncover hidden patterns and possible solutions.

Fee: €90 / per session (60 minutes)

Group (Family) Constellation
In a safe and interactive group setting, we explore deeper dynamics. You can participate either as a client (bringing your own topic) or as a representative for other.

Fee:
－Client (with own topic): €120 / per session (120 minutes)
－Representative (no topic): Donation-based / per session
Individual Consultation (including post-constellation integration)
After a constellation, we take time to reflect and analyze the insights and dynamics that emerged, supporting you in integrating the experience into your daily life. This is also suitable for those who have not joined a constellation but wish to explore personal topics.

Fee: €70 / per session (50 minutes)

Me

I grew up in a bi-cultural family, enjoying both German and Chinese upbringing at home. This unique mix shaped my perspective on people, relationships, and cultures.

After completing my studies in Cultural Management, I decided to turn my hobby, swing dancing, into my profession. As a dance instructor, I quickly realized that the challenges people face are often not about the dancing itself but about communication and mindset between partners.

With this insight, I began my training as a mediator, aiming to help dancing couples connect through non-violent communication. Shortly after, I earned a coaching certificate to support individuals in their personal growth and empowerment.

Discovering the power of systemic constellations was a pivotal moment for me. It opened the door to a new dimension of self-discovery and personal development. This method allows me to delve into deeper issues with my clients and guide them on their journey.

My bi-cultural background, experience as a swing dance teacher, and training as a mediator and coach all come together in my work. I particularly focus on supporting Asian individuals living in Europe, helping them connect with their roots and personal growth.
