What is
Systemic Constellation
My Personal Approach:
From Overthinking to Seeing – and from Thinking to Feeling
In my work as a coach and choreographer, I often encounter the same phenomenon: We spend so much time talking circles around our problems—whether with friends or in therapy. We analyze and reflect, but we often don't see what the problem actually "looks like"—and we don't feel how it actually "moves" within us.
The "Mirror Effect" Imagine someone explains a complicated dance step to you. You might understand it intellectually, but it’s only when you start to dance and see yourself in the mirror that you truly grasp the movement. You see your posture, your center of gravity, and the dynamics in space. Suddenly, it "clicks."
A constellation offers exactly this mirror for your life. It is the architecture of your theme, made visible in space.
From "Let me think about it" to "Let me feel it" In our society, we almost always answer: "Let me think about it." How often do we say: "Let me feel how that sits with me"? We have learned to think in ways that please others. But your feeling is unique and non-negotiable. A constellation helps you restore this connection to your authentic self.
Why I work this way as a Choreographer:
As a choreographer, I am the architect of a dance. I look at the arrangement of bodies in space. In a constellation, we use exactly this perspective:
-
Making it Visible: We physically stage your topic in the room. Instead of just talking about a blockage, you see where it stands and how it limits your path.
-
Body Intelligence: When you stand in a specific place in the room, your body reacts instantly. This feeling doesn't lie—it is more honest than any rational thought.
-
Finding the Next Step: Just like in a dance, we try out new movements and positions until the "picture" feels coherent, free, and powerful for you.
Two Ways to a New Perspective
1. Individual Sessions: Your Private Rehearsal Space We work with floor markers or symbols. You move physically through the space and take on different positions. It is a deeply personal process for dissolving blind spots by physically changing your own standpoint.
2. Group Sessions: The Living Ensemble Representatives make your theme tangible as a "living picture." To see and feel your inner experience moving in the outside world allows for profound insights that are often inaccessible to pure logic.
Especially helpful for:
-
Decisions: When the mind is stuck and the honest feeling in the body is missing.
-
Conflicts: To understand the "architecture" and dynamics of a relationship.
-
Recurring Patterns: When you feel like you are performing the same dance over and over and finally want to change the steps.
