What is
Systemic Constellation
I incorporate Systemic Structural Constellations into my work as a coach, mediator – and, of course, in constellation work itself.

What is a Systemic Structural Constellation?
Many people have a sense that something in their life is “not quite right” - whether in their work, relationships, or inner sense of self. Often, the root cause lies deeper than we might expect.
A Systemic Structural Constellation is a method for making inner and outer connections visible.
Instead of only talking about a topic, we place elements of it physically in space - these elements can represent people, feelings, decisions, goals, or even parts of ourselves.
By creating this spatial representation, a living picture of the system you are in emerges. Hidden dynamics, unresolved tensions, or unhelpful patterns that may have been operating unconsciously become tangible. This awareness often allows for a fresh perspective and opens the way toward a more coherent and sustainable solution.
I integrate Systemic Structural Constellations into my work as a coach and mediator - and, of course, also as part of dedicated constellation sessions themselves.
One-on-One Constellation Work
In a one-on-one session, the constellation takes place just between you and me.
We use floor markers, objects, or symbolic figures to represent the elements of your situation. You physically walk through the space, stand in different positions, and notice what changes in your perception and feelings.
This format allows for deep, personal exploration in a private setting. It is particularly suited for sensitive topics, inner work, or when you prefer a confidential space without other participants.
Group Constellation Work
In a group setting, other participants act as representatives for the elements of your system. They physically take positions in the space and share the sensations, emotions, or impulses they notice from that perspective.
This can be a powerful experience - not only because you see your situation “brought to life” in front of you, but also because representatives often perceive aspects you may not have been aware of. Group constellations benefit from the collective presence and can lead to profound moments of recognition and transformation.
Systemic Structural Constellations are especially helpful for:
-
Professional or personal decision-making processes
-
Conflicts within teams or families
-
Inner blockages or recurring behavioral patterns
-
Questions of role and identity (e.g. as a leader, partner, or parent)
They are mindful, clearly structured, and solution-oriented. You don’t need to “believe” in anything - only to be willing to take a closer look and explore what is present.
