By purchasing a course or workshop, you enter into a binding contract with Claire Chen. The contract is concluded upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR including applicable taxes. Payment is accepted via Wix Payments and PayPal. Access to the purchased content is granted immediately after successful payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
As our courses are digital products with immediate access, the right of withdrawal expires upon purchase when the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately. By completing your purchase, you confirm this agreement. No refunds will be issued after access has been granted.

5. Access & Availability
Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to your purchased content, for as long as the platform www.claire.berlin remains active. Claire Chen reserves the right to modify or discontinue content with reasonable notice.

All course content, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Claire Chen. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability
Claire Chen's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for the success of learning outcomes, as results depend on individual effort and practice.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
