About the session

Life doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Our choices, emotions, and challenges are often shaped by hidden dynamics—family patterns, cultural expectations, and inner belief systems that live beneath the surface. Systemic life coaching invites you to explore these deeper layers with awareness and compassion.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about seeing more clearly: where you stand, what holds you back, and what wants to grow through you. Using a systemic lens, we look not only at your personal goals, but also at the wider context—your relationships, history, identity, and your unique place in the world.

You don’t need a dramatic problem to benefit from this work. Whether you're navigating a transition, facing a decision, or sensing that “something needs to shift,” systemic coaching offers a grounded space for insight and movement. Common themes include:

  • Repeating patterns in romantic or family relationships

  • Career blocks, burnout, or lack of clarity around purpose

  • Inner conflict or feeling emotionally stuck

  • Parenting challenges or intergenerational issues

  • Cultural identity, migration, and belonging

  • Unexplained guilt, sadness, or anxiety

We begin with what is alive in you. Through conversation, embodiment, and constellation-based tools, we explore the deeper layers behind your question. Depending on your needs, we may use visual mapping, symbolic placements, inner images, or simple body-based sensing to bring unconscious dynamics into view.

 

 

Why One-on-One?

While group constellations use representatives, individual sessions offer a more focused and intimate experience. You’ll have:

  • A confidential space tailored to your pace

  • Creative tools adapted to your situation (e.g., symbols, floor markers, voice dialogue)

  • The freedom to explore sensitive themes

  • Integration support between sessions, if needed

This format is especially supportive if you prefer privacy, live abroad, or want to work more deeply with ongoing patterns.

 

What Happens in a Session?

Each session is unique, but typically flows like this:

  1. Check-in: We begin with a short dialogue to clarify your concern or intention.

  2. Mapping the system: We externalize the inner landscape using simple visual or embodied methods.

  3. Inquiry and sensing: You’re guided to observe and engage with what arises—through feelings, bodily signals, and intuitive insight.

  4. Integration: We gently close the session, creating space for grounding and reflection.

This process is not about quick fixes. It’s about creating the conditions for insight, alignment, and transformation.

 

 

How Many Sessions?

Systemic coaching is most effective when there is space to go deeper. While a single session can bring clarity, I generally recommend at least three sessions to support lasting shifts.

It can also be helpful to schedule a 60-minute follow-up session about two weeks after the first, to check in and support integration. Ongoing sessions—whether monthly or bi-weekly—are possible if you wish to continue your journey over time.
