I’m Claire – and I believe that every life has its own unique rhythm.
For 17 years, I have lived and breathed the world of Swing. As a teacher, performer, and choreographer for stage and TV, I’ve spent thousands of hours helping people find their footing, connect with their partners, and trust their own movement.
In my dance classes, I’ve always been more than just a teacher; I’ve been a guide for presence, communication, and confidence. Today, I bring that same humor, warmth, and 'choreographer’s eye' into my work as a Systemic Coach and Constellation Facilitator.
For me, constellation work is the ultimate bridge. It’s where deep verbal understanding meets the powerful, silent language of our inner 'choreography.' It’s where we make the invisible visible.
A World of Cultures: Born into a German-Chinese family, married to a Swedish partner, and living in the heart of Berlin, I don't just 'understand' the expat life – I live it. I know the dance of navigating different cultures and the deep human need to create a sense of belonging, no matter where you are.
My Style: Deep but Light
I don’t believe that systemic work has to be heavy to be effective. In my sessions, all themes are welcome. I hold a space that is safe, heartfelt, and often surprisingly light—just like a good dance.

Ich durfte bei Claire eine systemische Coaching-Session mit Aufstellung erleben - und bin immer noch tief beeindruckt. Schon im Vorgespräch hat sei mir mit viel Empathie und Feingefühl zugehört, während ich meine aktuelle Lebenssituation und meine Herausforderungen geschildert habe. Sie hat nichts übersehen, war ganz präsent und hat genau die richtigen Fragen gestellt, um das Wesentliche herauszuarbeiten. Die eigentliche Aufstellung war für mich sehr bewegend. Claire hat die einzelnen Schritte wehrbehutsam und achtsam begleitet. Dabei sind überraschende Zusammenhänge sichtbar geworden, die mir vorher völlig unklar waren. Es war, als hätte jemand Ordnung in ein inneres Chaos gebracht - alles lag plötzlich sichtbar vor mir, greifbar, symbolisch dargestellt. IM abschließenden Gespräch konnte ich das Erlebte noch mal reflektieren und einordnen. Was ich aus der Session mitnehme, ist echte Klarheit. Ich weiß nun, was ich als Nächstes tun möchte - und das mit einem Gefühl von Sicherheit und innerer Ruhe. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich diesen Prozess mit Claire erleben durfte. Ihre einfühlsame Art und ihre professionelle Begleitunghaben mir sehr geholfen. Absolute Empfehlung!
